What new products are we looking for? - Wednesday 2 December 10.00am - 2.00pm (including buffet lunch)

BIS Conference Centre, 1 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0ET

The second in the series of joint events with the Construction Products Association focusing on the new product strategies of investors, designers, purchasers and clients will bring together organisations looking for new products with those who deliver innovation to discuss the demand created by the sustainability agenda.

If you are involved in the design and development of new products this is an opportunity to meet with potential clients and major purchasers.

Confirmed speakers include:

Daniel Ptacek, founder and head of Kinnickinnic, a business which promotes new products and inventions, mainly low carbon technologies in the built environment.

Edward Naylor, Chief Executive, Naylor Industries, on how manufacturers operate and lessons from other sectors that will benefit the performance of construction supply chains

Gavin Penfold, Design Director, Wates Construction, major framework partner with the Marks and Spencer supermarket chain, on pioneering new stores that feature low energy technology and sustainable products.

Mark Whitby, engineer, on the development of a number of sustainable businesses, most notably a consultancy specialising in hydrogen and other alternative energy sources.

Tim Hall, Construction Sector Manager, Total Flow, will share some of the opportunities that come from using Lean Thinking across the whole construction supply chain.
